ECHEKWU SUNDAY SEASON'S MESSAGE TO FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND THE WORLD.

Whenever I thank the lord for his plenty blessings upon my life and that of my families, I always reminds him that " in any Nation where there is no peace, even the Christ-likes-minded people ( Believers and non Believers) are also effected both negative and positive; thus, he (God) should extends that blessings to my friends, pens friends, my community, my local council, my state, my nation, my continent, and the planet earth at large. God's grace has been seeing us through, it might not started well, or it does but as time proceeds things begins to change, life itself started blowing hot and cold on us but finally we have come all this far together regardless of the odds, retardations and appalling treatments we experienced. Be remined that, even though as we pray for better living we should also expect the worst so that whenever it occurs, we may not go weirdly; that does not means you don't have faith in your spirituality. A Celebration of Sadism: A Response to Prof. Dennis A. Ityavyar A Celebration of Sadism: A Response to Prof. Dennis A. Ityavyar Professor Pita Agbese Let me, right from the outset of this short piece, express my utter dismay at your open paean to Samuel Ortom, titled, “Gov. Samuel Ortom: The Glory of Courage” in which you poured all sorts of encomiums on Ortom, describing him as “the man with uncommon courage, Lover of Humanity, Human Rights Advocate, Ranch establishment Crusader...the leader of people, defender of the Benue valley and the man Africa is proud to have.” I had to hold myself from puking at the last line, “the man Africa is proud to have.” I never thought that an intellectual of your repute and caliber would cheapen himself by joining the motley crowd of hungry sycophants in paying nauseating obeisance to Ortom, the man who has caused so much untold suffering in Benue State. I stopped myself from throwing up convinced that you did not really mean a word of what you wrote.

POOR GUYS PLANS MARRIAGE, RICH GUYS DO NOT.

The irony a poor lover; a MUST READ BY BOYS AND GIRLS. YOU MAY BE ON THIS TABLE TOO. ....................................................................... The most difficult time to be in a relationship as a guy is in your early twenties. The period when you are stuck in a limbo, trying to figure out yourself and who you want to be. At this age, you find it a herculean task asking money from your parents, considering your dad will always remind you of how he was self sufficient at your age. So you are always left with anything that comes from them willingly. To compound your "woes". You have a girlfriend whom you love so much, you are 24 and she is 23. And guys being wired to want to take control, you are frustrated at your inability to take care of her like you want to. I mean where is the money?? You are still jobless, still hustling, still finding your feet. Still putting hands into many things hoping God smiles on you. All of a sudden, she starts acting out and showing

SOMETHING YOU CANNOT TAKE AWAY FROM CATHOLICS.

There is something you can't take away from the Catholic church. Her priests are not hurriedly trained. Fours years for a degree in philosophy. Fours years for a degree in theology. Many months for pastoral experience and spiritual engagements. They are not saints and may not all possess what appears to be in vogue; the ability to speak in earth shaking tongues and predict which plane is crashing next but at the worst average, you will meet a Catholic priest, who is grounded in the word, loves God and has a grasp of important topics. *Meanwhile, this is how examinations are taken in the junior and major seminaries.
