MY PRIMARY SCHOOL LIFE

PRIMARY SCHOOL RESULT DAY ECHEKWU SUNDAY Today being Friday, I observed that, some of the children that went for collection of results, most of them were unhappy; their faces said it all. When I saw them, I had a flash back to one certain term when I took a position more than 1( I will not tell you sha! #lol) When the headmaster called me to receive my result, I glanced through immediately and I said this is not my result.... The headmaster was shocked how I managed to see the position so soon because all of them knew me very well even those teachers in the staff room can attest to that. He said congratulations! Which i am almost outside the then. I presumed he was going to say: how manage did you Change from you initial position? It doesn't really matter because am outside now #lol. Before you know your guy Don da cry ooo ooo All the teachers were shocked and then, of them Mrs Mike Ugwoke came to me that I should go and collect it but I still said no!. She now said

REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD KEEP A SMILING FACE

SMILES AND CONFUSES YOUR ENEMIES © Echekwu Sunday writes One of the greatest assets In Humans life is SMILE, yes you heard me very well, I just said SMILE. A smile confuses your enemies more than anything.. That's why when somebody who has a dimple smiles, it becomes something different you won't know when you will admire that. Keep a smiling face, your enemies will never know what's the next step to take because to them, the ones they didn't to you known and unknown has no effect on you, there will be a total confusion in their realm; while you are moving on on a basis, they are still thinking about yesterday, the more you pray to God, the more confuse they become. Do whatever you think that gives you reasons to smile because you never can tell what will happen in the next minute. Don't allow anybody live your life for you because time is coming when you will stand alone. What's that thing that gives you smile and what are the opinions of others about it? I th

THE SADDENED END OF GOODLUCK JOHNATHAN AND AYO ORITSEJAFOR BY THE MUSILIM AND CATHOLIC CLERGY BY Echekwu Sunday

And President Jonathan responded: "You said what?" And Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor repeated: "I mean you are finished Mr President." And there was a dead silence for a moment before the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), the enviable dogged fighter of the Christan cause yet most vilified Christian leader of Nigeria left the Aso Villa in utter disgust and rage. That was indeed the Ayo Oritsejafor metaphor penultimate the 2015 electoral debacle that sent President Goodluck Jonathan packing from Aso Villa. As the 2015 elections appro

MY ORDEAL AT THE TRANSIT WHILE COMING BACK FROM SCHOOL

SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE TO YOUR CHILDREN . Good day reader, the story you're about to read is a life story experience I had, not been told or figment of imaginations ( fiction). ( GOD IS MY WITNESS) My name is Echekwu Sunday, I'm an undergraduate in one of the prestigious universities in this country Nigeria. In your assertion, if you are tempted to call me "A VILLAGE BOY" I'll not hae any hard feelings because I'm just a 21st century grassroot thinker. #lol. WHAT IS THE POINT? In one of my numerous travelings down home after school's holiday, I boarded a bus which happened that, the place the bus is going, all of us in the vehicle are the same IDOMA-LANGUAGE speaking origin. Before the vehicle kick started the journey, I had an opportunity to had had greetings with the elderly ones among us and a word of "Hi!" With my other people at same range of age with me. You know, when a dignitary meets dignitaries the result is always d

LOVE AND INTIMACY WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW. BY ECHEKWU SUNDAY

WHAT YOUR PREACHERS NEVER PREACHED TO YOU BEFORE MARRIAGE - © Echekwu Sunday LOVE AND INTIMACY From the genesis of our understanding about good happily home, we were told that, it's only God that can do that and as a young boy or girl, before one can be incorporated into such, he or she has to keep hiself or herself chased and be fervently in prayers, penances and sacrifices. First of all, I would like to make my stance known to all and sundry that, I am a dedicated Catholics, my believe about Jesus Christ our Lord and personal saviour was built in the Catholic catechism which I solemnly believe is the Orthodox and universal. By implications, I am not an atheist, but proudly a citizen of the world. Sometimes my philosophy about religions is somewhat awkward but I always have my retraces at every tunnel. BASIC POINTS TO BE LOOKED INTO The point I am trying to make here is that, we all know how our man-of-God and some of our parents behaves to the extent that, we ar

LETTER TO ASUU

THE GREEDINESS OF ASUU A LETTER TO ASUU        BY  Echekwu Sunday I don't want to write much on this so called ASUU and the Federal government issue because it doesn't really worth my time. But let me highlights these: DEAR ASUU, The harm you're causing is more than the good you think you are doing, if really you're fighting for Nigerians' students; it shouldn't be in this ugly way.  But to me, I see this as a blame-game and a way of cornering and seeking the public outcry and sympathy into  Organizational use when arrived. DEAR ASUU, I could remember vividly that, in Nigeria, we have States owned universities and federal owned universities. Why is it that, ASUU is so much concerned that, they could not allow the federal and States governments that instituted those schools to take care of the buildings and other social infrastructural developments? Are there no ministries in charge of that? What of the ministry of Education in both federal and states

NIGERIA IS 60 AND SO WHAT?

Odiri was born on the 1st of October 1960 .  Republished by ECHEKWU SUNDAY She grew up in the United Kingdom with her parents, who passed away in a fatal road accident when she was 5. She had to grow up with her aunty in Coventry. Her aunt was married to a white man. She grew up with so much passion, and interest in African history. She focused so much on Nigeria, and when she was 28, she decided to move back to the most populous nation in Africa to trace her roots. Odiri, an epitome of true African beauty and brains, was already doing well for herself. She was a medical doctor in London, and her brainy nature earned her a high post at a reputable hospital with a short period. She was able to establish contact with one of her uncles in Nigeria. She planned to relocate to the country permanently and contribute her quota to the development of the health sector. Her uncle talked her into establishing a hospital in her home-town in the southern part of Nigeria. She kept on wiring funds t

List of Universities that will breaks out of ASUU and reopen schools.

ASUU and CONUA UPDATE . 10th 09, 2020. PUBLISHED BY ECHEKWU SUNDAY Jr .    With the gradual reopening of the school system across the country after months of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic, Federal Government-owned universities may be in for another round of controversy, as the two academic unions, the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, and the Congress of University Academics, CONUA, are set for a test of strength. This is because the two unions have different views on how safe it is to reopen universities and other tertiary institutions across the country. ASUU’s position is that universities should not be reopened until some issues are resolved, while CONUA says it is ready for resumption. CONUA, a splinter group of ASUU, is coordinated by Dr Niyi Sunmonu and is active in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife; Ambrose Alli University, AAU, Ekpoma; Federal University, Oye Ekiti, FUOYE; Federal University, Lokoja, FUL, and Kwara State University, KWASU, Mal

Dear Sweetie, Time and ability plus double capacity have forced my pen to dance automatically on this benedicted sheet of paper. I hope you're swimming in the wonderful pool of Mr. Health there. I am also perambulating in the cool breeze of wellness here. Sweetie pie, the reason why this miraculous thing is happening is because, honey, I love you spontaneously, and as I stand horizontally parallel to the wall and vertically perpendicular to the ground now, I only think of you, since you are a fantastic and fabulous girl, put together as fantabulous. I implore you to decipher this my anthem of love oozing out from the innermost pendulum of my thoraxial cavity. Darling, please stop haranguing with the feelings in my heart because I love you more than a snake loves rat. To me each day I start by dreaming of you. Each time I see you, my m
